ChinaCache Establishes Strategic Partnership With Innovation Works

BEIJING, Aug. 31, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd., ("ChinaCache" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:CCIH), the leading provider of Internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced it has established a strategic partnership with Innovation Works Development Fund, L.P. and its China parallel fund ("Innovation Works").

Under the strategic partnership, ChinaCache will become the exclusive content distribution network ("CDN") partner for Innovation Works, who, under the strategic partnership, will recommend ChinaCache as the one-stop provider for CDN, cloud computing and managed IDC services to its portfolio companies. By helping Innovation Works' promising and innovative portfolio companies in China across the mobile Internet, consumer Internet, e-commerce and cloud computing sectors, ChinaCache will capture cutting-edge demand for CDN services, widen the first-mover-advantage in bringing new solutions to market and accelerate CDN penetration in China.
